COMMUNICATION SUPPORT SYSTEM
The most impressive feature of Vizor 2.0 is that the mask is equipped with high quality microphone and speaker to deliver louder volume and high sound quality.
The speaker is integrated with CVC noise reduction technology including noise suppression and DPS echo cancellation to allow you to communicate smoothly.
The microphone and speaker will amplify the wearer’s voice and reduce the complexity in the communication process that is distinctive in traditional masks.
The control button is ergonomically made for easy operation. Switching to communication mode is a breeze, just press the button and start talking.
CUSTOM ENGINEERED VENTILATION SYSTEM
Vizor 2.0 custom engineered turbo fan creates the positive air pressure inside the mask to give you maximum level of protection and fresh, dry interior to allow you to breathe effortlessly without any resistance by alleviating stress on your lungs and quickly filtering thick smoke, dust and other airborne irritants.
- Three adjustable airflow control settings, Slow, medium and high make it easy to account for situations where you’re breathing more heavily

CERTIFIED SMART FILTER TECHNOLOGY
Vizor 2.0 mask filter is essential for respiratory protection with its 100% pvc-free and fiberglass free filtration. With it’s passive air filter, it purifies 99.99% of air 10x faster than you can breathe. Vizor 2.0 high quality multilayers filtration has different properties to filter particles.
- Layer 1: Outside PP filter wrapping in a durable finish

- Layer 3: Electro charged layer filters larger pm2.5 pollutants, dust, pollen and high fluid resistance which protects against large droplets and splashes

Beyond its high bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE), Vizor 2.0 advanced filter technology provides a lightweight and easy breathing combination and the carbon layer removes many nuisance* level odors for greater comfort.
CONSUMER GRADE ULTRAVIOLET LED
Vizor 2.0 uses specialized Consumer-grade UV-C LEDs to produce short-wave Ultraviolet Light. Air is drawn into the unit through a turbo fan, which pass it through the filter before sending it through a UV-C LED and photocatalytic sterilizers.
Vizor 2.0 effectively integrate UV-C tech with the true power to purify the air in real-time.
While UV-C is part of the normal spectrum of sunlight, it is invisible and can cause sunburn with direct skin exposure. This was taken into account when developing the mask. The UV light is directed into the mask , away from the user, to prevent any direct skin exposure.
ADJUSTABLE HEAD-STRAP FOR ULTIMATE SEALING
Special ergonomic design to improve user experience, comfortable to wear and reduce stress and relieve pressure off the ears caused by having the ear loops tight. Easy to install and remove. Adopt rotation adjustment method, so that each head shape can find a comfortable angle.
The head-strap does also allow the mask to hang around the neck when not in use. It enables you to easily take the mask on and off.
SECURE SEALING AND ANTI-FOG SYSTEM
To ensure full protection when using a breathing mask, the sealing on the face, is key. Studies show that leakage commonly occurs around the nasal area when using a pollution mask.
The Vizor 2.0 mask is thereby especially designed with a 3D memory nose-foam and an adjustable nose clip. These features minimize air leakage on the nasal area, regardless of one’s facial shape. The 3D-memory nose-foam is also important as an anti-fogging system, enabling the mask to be used when wearing glasses.
DESIGN AVAILABLE IN 3 SIZES
All people are unique and so are their facial shapes and size. Differences dependents on age, gender, ethnic backgrounds, and weight. The Vizor 2.0 mask is therefore available in 3 different sizes to fit as many people as possible.
The sizing system has been developed using key anthropometric measurements of the human head as well as through testing sessions with large distributions of people with unique facial shapes. The sizing system is divided into a Large, Medium and Small size, together with an XS size as a kids mask.
